RMKS/1. The purpose of this message is to provide procedures for
requesting inclusion to the Bonus Authorized User List within the
JBAL application.
2. In order to request inclusion to the JBAL application an email must
be submitted by your Supervisor/Commanding Officer to
Ranjit.Kaur2.civ@mail.mil Information required in email is as follows:

3. The email subject line should indicate whether it's a New Request,
Modification or Termination to your JBAL profile.
4. All Navy personnel who submit Bonus type cases to DFAS-CL via DWOWS
System, MUST request to be included in a DFAS-CL AUTHORIZED USER
LIST (JBAL) application list to allow their cases to be processed at
central site. The JBAL application lists all authorized Navy personnel
who submit bonus cases. If your name is not listed in our JBAL list
your case will not be processed and it will be closed with no
action. This is a DFAS-CL audit/internal control.
